Twin Cities International Missions is a volunteer Christian Missionary Organization linking hands with people all over the globe. Meeting the needs of the people through prayer, education, Discipleship Programs and Biblical Mentoring. Our practical arm also helps provide Pastoral resources and training for Developing countries and Western nations including health management training, disaster relief / preparation, church planting and humanitarian efforts.
Twin Cities International Ministries was founded in September 1999 with an initial vision to pioneer an Urban Missionary exchange program. This vision has since expanded to a Global emphasis. The Ministry goal is to train, equip and release young missionaries globally, specializing in urban/rural missions - providing practical ‘hands on’ training. Our Missionaries participate in short and long term missions with specialized training in the field.
Twin Cities is currently entering it’s second decade of pioneering Missionary efforts around the World. Our emphasis is focused on the Great Commission (Matt 28 v 16-20), with a strong emphasis on servanthood, compassion and discipleship.
Missions overview:
1. On field training - volunteer short term missions.
2. Biblical based Pastoral resources and training. Mentoring and Discipleship programs, teaching resources, community transformation initiatives.
3. Health Support Training - Professional health and lifestyle management. Specialized church programs for health management include: Biblical teaching of heath and medical principles, weight management, hygiene, Nutritional Medicine and Missionary preparation.
4. Disaster relief training. Personal and community disaster readiness to assist in any pre/ post disaster relief effort as required.
5. Church planting and Biblical evangelism with a strong emphasis on community servanthood and stewardship.
